3.2 One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the oktt ph platform. 3.5 oktt ph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or where it suspects a violation of these Terms.
oktt ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 oktt ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the platform. Supported payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 All transactions on oktt ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.3 Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. oktt ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. oktt ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations.
4.5 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you own and that has been used to make a deposit on your account, or to a verified bank account in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.6 oktt ph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
5.1 oktt ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱) and must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 oktt ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of oktt ph shall be final.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 All games available on the oktt ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the oktt ph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of oktt ph.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of oktt ph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 The oktt ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktt ph disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 oktt ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, oktt ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if oktt ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 oktt ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude oktt ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 oktt ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, oktt ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to oktt ph's customer support team for informal resolution. We will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the oktt ph platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
